DELIVERY POLICY
Welcome to HANI Cosmetics! By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Delivery Areas & Fees
We currently offer in-house delivery services across Nairobi and selected towns outside Nairobi.
Within Nairobi
- All deliveries within Nairobi are charged at a flat rate of KSh 300.
Outside Nairobi
- Deliveries outside Nairobi are charged based on distance and location.
- Delivery fees for these areas are estimated and communicated to the customer during order confirmation.
- Please refer to our pricing guide or contact our team for specific charges.
2. Delivery Timelines
- All orders are processed and delivered within 2 to 3 business days from the date of confirmation.
- Orders confirmed before 2 PM are prioritized for faster dispatch.
3. Delivery Process
- Once your order is confirmed, our dispatch team will contact you to coordinate the delivery.
- Customers are advised to provide an accurate delivery address and reachable contact number to avoid delays.
- Our delivery personnel will attempt delivery once. If the customer is unreachable or unavailable, a rescheduling fee may apply.
4. Payment & Proof of Delivery
- Payment for delivery must be made upon delivery.
- Upon delivery, customers may be required to provide a signature or OTP as proof of receipt.
- We also offer delivery confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp, including a photo or delivery confirmation message.

5. Return & Refund Policy
- Please note that we have a strict No Return Policy on all makeup and cosmetic products due to hygiene and safety concerns.
- In case of damaged or incorrect items, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with photo evidence.
